No. There are no additional fees for delivery service.
At your front door, back door or another suitable location of your choosing.
There is no need to call. Just put your bag out on your pick up day.
No. Any amount of clothing is fine.
We will provide you with a London Cleaners garment bag.
No. Clothing will be picked up and dropped off in a predetermined area.
Currently we are operating our route service Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. Any clothing picked up on Tuesday would be delivered Friday. Clothing picked up on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Any clothing picked up on Monday will be delivered Thursday. Clothing picked up on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Around the holidays our regular schedules do change, so we will notify you of any delivery changes via email.
If you would like to recycle your hangers, we will provide you with a hanger recycle caddy. When you are ready, leave it with your order and your route manager will pick it up.
Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.
